Deerfield Community School District encourages all students to participate in co/extracurricular activities and does not want any student to feel they cannot join because there is a fee involved. Please contact your building principal if financial assistance is necessary.
Students in grades 9-12 are offered the opportunity to participate in cross country, volleyball, soccer, football, spirit squad, basketball, wrestling, softball, baseball and track & field. Practices are held after school at the middle/high school.
Clubs and activities offered to high school students include student council, forensics, academic decathlon, art club, musical, TRUE ID, United Against Hate, National Honor Society, jazz band and solo/ensemble.
