Deeerfield Medication Policy
Guidelines for medication administration at school. All prescription medications require a medication form signed by physician and parent/guardian. Any over the counter medications require a parent/guardian signature if following the dosing guidelines. If the over the counter dosage is above the dosing guidelines a physician signature is also required.
